The Terran Wars Sketches (Potential Spoilers!)

 While I'm working on UnComix Tales: The Terran Wars: Chapter One: "The World Savior Massacre", I needed to sketch the new designs of the characters out. These following 21 sketches are my first cracks at the new designs (and like The Terran Wars) inked and colored. 

Beware potential spoilers! If you don't see a familiar (or favorite) character in these Sketches, it doesn't mean they won't be in The Terran Wars. They could be absent in these sketches for one of two other reasons. 

1. The new design is TOO big of a spoiler (looks in the Five Phantoms' and Vic Puff's direction). 

2. The character's design in The Terran Wars is EXACTLY the same as it was earlier in the saga. Meek Anderson is one of the main characters in the story, but there is no need to give him a new sketch because his design is EXACTLY the same as it was in Gilda And Meek. I wish we ALL could age as gracefully as Meek Anderson. 

Remember these are jusr an early crack at the new designs. They might not be final.

1. Gilda And Meek "Groundwork" Special Edition (Un-Iverse #1)

Rating: PG-13 (Bloody Violence and Drug Use).  A Note About The Special Edition Of Gilda And Meek "Groundwork" The first version of Groundwork looked absolutely terrible. I had not drawn in over 15 years when I put it to paper in 2015 and my weak arm and lettering indecisions made the issue look incredibly unprofessional. Not my best foot forward for getting people into Gilda And Meek on this site.  So I've taken the occasion to entirely redo the artwork with some minor script revisions. It looks much closer to my current art style and yet I feel the rough spirit of the first version is still present. As the Groundwork for the canon, it was sort of designed to be the worst issue to start out with, and to be built upon and improved from there. I think it's probably still the worst issue (as designed) but I'm no longer ashamed of the artwork. Un-Iverse Progress Reports!

New feature on the site! The site is updated so infrequently I fear some people may worry I've forgotten Gilda And Meek! In this specific entry, I will update how many pages I have completed on a given day and how much longer the issue I'm working on will likely take to complete! You'll be getting Un-Iverse updates in real time!  May 21, 2026  Normally I take a respite of a few weeks between issues, but I have literally waited my entire life for The Terran Wars, and I'm going for it. Started UnComix Tales: The Terran Wars: Chapter One "The World Savior Massacre".  Penciled 6 pages total. Two covers, printed the Book number and Spoiler Quotes, and penciled the first two pages. I estimate the issue will be between 34 and 49 pages. I estimate there are between 30 and 44 pages left. Then I do the first round of editing. Then I ink. Then the second round of editing.
