9. Lace Doilies "47%" (Un-Iverse #65)

Like "I Beg You Pardon", "47%" is one of my favorite story titles in The Un-Iverse. It only makes sense in hindsight. And maybe the number in reality doesn't have anything to do with anything in the story but that specific joke. But that specific joke means the story is pretty much ENTIRELY about the number, which is probably why the Narrator is as agitated as he is.
